Kicking BUTS in 2017

January 3, 2017

How often have you said, or heard someone say...

I’d really like to take a vacation but I just can’t afford it.

I wish I had more time to do what I love but my to do list keeps growing.

I’m tired of always picking up after my kids but if I don’t do it, no one else will.

I’d like to exercise more but I’m just so exhausted at the end of each day.

I’d like to change careers but the job market is so uncertain.

Though just tiny in size, the word BUT can yield drastic consequences in all areas of our lives BUT…if we see it for what it is, an arrow that points to the subconscious places where we could use a little (or a lot of) belief building, we’ll be BUT kicking aplenty in 2017.

Step 1: Notice when a pesky BUT shows up in your thoughts or in conversation.

Step 2: Pull out the words that came before the BUT for example:

I’d really like to change careers BUT the job market is so uncertain = I’d really like to change careers.

Step 3: Create a BUT Kicking Belief Statement from the identified words. In the case above it could be…

Changing careers is fun and easy for me.

I am completely supported in my career change.

I make a great living doing what I love.

New doors open for me and I get to choose the ones I walk through.

Step 4: Ensure that your subconscious mind supports your Beautiful , Brilliant and perhaps Bold BUT Kicking Belief and if not…

Step 5: Use your favourite belief change modality to transform any subconscious resistance.

Step 6: Give a cheer! Smile!! You’ve just KICKED BUT!!!

Step 7: Take Action to Actualize Your New Belief.
