In this introductory workshop, which will blend lecture, demo and experiential activities, you will learn:

how to identify a block, behaviour or belief that is getting in between you and your horse(s) or that the horses elicit in your clients

a simple activity to bring the mind-body system back into balance before a session or ride

another simple and immediately useable activity to bring you into present time – where the horses like us to be

how to communicate with the subconscious mind - in order to achieve your goals with horses and beyond

why Conscious Horsemanship is vital for the wellbeing of your clients, your horses and YOU!

Tuition: €80 by Sept 22/€100thereafter
If you are also attending the afternoon session on The Equine Arts (see below), €150 for both sessions by Sept 22 OR €180 thereafter.

Introduction to The Equine Arts
A remedy for beige and the same old same old!!
If you'd like to expand and enliven your equine practice and programs with exercises that are transformational and fun, join Sandra for this playful and colourful introduction to the Equine Arts.
During this experiential afternoon, you will learn:

why expressive arts and therapies are an important compliment to any equine guided program

a variety of creative activities you'll be able to incorporate right away with your clients and into your own life with horses
