All Workshop prices will add associated regional taxes, and credit card fees if you choose this method of payment, in the surcharge section of the shopping cart.

Cancellation Policy:
For session and mentoring rescheduling:
48 hours is appreciated and your payment will be forwarded to a future time more suitable for you.
If under 24 hours, your session fees are non-refundable.
For workshops:
If you cancel with 14 days notice or less, or don't show up, your tuition is non-refundable. If you cancel with more than 14 days notice, your tuition is transferable for up to a year.
If a workshop needs to be postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as COVID restrictions and guidelines, tuitions or deposits are transferable for up to a year. In these circumstances, the event will be rescheduled for the same location as soon as possible.
If a workshop is completely cancelled by the sponsor or Chiron's Way, your tuition will be refunded, less any credit card fees - PayPal and Stripe no longer refunds their fees. If you paid using an electronic transfer, e-cheque or bank-to-bank transfer, your tuition will be fully refunded.
