Cancellation Policy:
For session and mentoring rescheduling:
48 hours is appreciated and your payment will be forwarded to a future time more suitable for you.
If under 24 hours, your session fees are non-refundable.
For workshops:
If you cancel with 14 days notice or less, or don't show up, your tuition is non-refundable. If you cancel with more than 14 days notice, your tuition is transferable for up to a year.
If a workshop needs to be postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as COVID guidelines, tuitions/deposits are transferable for up to a year. In these circumstances, the event will be rescheduled for the same location as soon as possible.
If a workshop is cancelled by the sponsor or Chiron's Way, your tuition will be refunded in full.
